Krateks is a textile company specialised for high quality woman jacket production located in EU. Alongside jackets we produce coats, trench coats, trousers, dresses etc.
We carry a 60 year old legacy of making high-end woman apparel both for our own brand “Excellence” and for other well-known brands such as Hugo Boss, Dolce % Gabbana, Escada, Strellson, Fuch & Schmidt, Wolford and many others.
We employ over 120 highly-trained workers and are looking to expand soon. The production is organised in 2 departments: cutting and sewing. The sewing department has three production lines. All our products are made using high-technology machines and modern equipment to ensure both quality and efficiency.
CAD
CAD department uses- ASSYST. Our cutting department has 2 cutter BULMER, 2 spreading machines, with stripe laying table, also classic hand cutting and all other equipment. KANNEGIESER/VEIT press.
Sewing
Sewing department has the most modern sewing machines JUKI, Pfaff and Dürkopp. We have 2 automatic pocket machines, all different machines for sleeve sawing, 5 AMF machines and many other special machines.
Irroning: Indupress and Macpi
Each production line has its own control.
We care a lot about the environment and make over 80% of our electricity using our solar power plant which we integrated in our production line in 2018.
