By making a purchase of at least €500.00, we offer free delivery to your chosen address!
We deliver the ordered goods to the address of your choice using express delivery within 8 working days from the moment of confirmation of the availability of the ordered items. The delivery cost is not charged for orders amounting to €500.00 or more.
In the event that the delivered product is different from what the customer ordered and paid for, the customer is authorized and obliged to inform us about the incorrect delivery and has the right to receive the ordered product, which will be delivered within 8 days from the receipt of the notification.
If this is not possible, the customer has the right to a refund of the product’s price and the delivery cost, as well as any expenses for the return of the incorrectly delivered product if Krateks is unable to arrange its pickup.

What is the delivery cost?
Within Croatia, delivery for orders with a value less than €500.00 is €5, while delivery for orders with a value of €500.00 or more is free. For all other countries within EU, delivery for orders with a value less than 500% is €15, while delivery for orders with a value of €500.00 or more is free. For all other countries, delivery for orders with a value less than 500% is €45, while delivery for orders with a value of €500.00 or more is free .
What if the package delivered to me is damaged? Am I obligated to accept it?
If you notice that the package is damaged, you are not obliged to accept it, and you can request a new shipment. You need to inform us about this on the same day via email at iva.pezer@krateks.hr.
If I’m purchasing a product whose price, after applying a promotional code, is less than €500.00, do I need to pay for delivery?
If the price of the selected product is €500.00 but you receive a discount with a promotional code, you will be required to pay for delivery.
What if I’m not at the delivery address when the courier arrives?
The courier will contact you and try to arrange a new delivery time. Therefore, we need your mobile phone number. If you do not receive the package within 8 days, please contact us at iva.pezer@krateks.hr so that we can trace the shipment as quickly as possible.
How long should I expect the ordered product to be delivered?
The product will be delivered within a maximum of 8 working days after you receive an email notification stating that the package has been dispatched.
How is the delivery carried out?
