Returns are only accepted with a presented receipt as the sole proof of purchase.
All customers of the Krateks webshop have the right to unilaterally terminate the Purchase Agreement (return of orders).
How can I request unilateral termination of the Agreement, or a return of ordered items?
You have the right to unilaterally terminate the Purchase Agreement within 14 days from the day of receiving the product, without specifying any reasons for doing so. The Agreement is terminated by written notice of termination, which can be done by filling out the FORM FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT or through any other unequivocal statement expressing your intent to terminate the Agreement. The customer is required to send the form or the aforementioned statement to the Seller, either by mail to the Seller’s address or by email at iva.pezer@krateks.hr. The form must be accompanied by a purchase confirmation, i.e., a receipt.
Do all customers have the right to a return?
All customers have the right to return any items. To exercise your right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement (return), you must inform us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the deadline expires. This is achieved by filling out and sending the form, which you can download from the link at the top of the page, or through any other unequivocal statement expressing your intent to terminate the Agreement. The form or statement must be accompanied by a purchase confirmation, i.e., a receipt.
You can electronically fill out and send the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement. You can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 days without stating a reason. We will provide you with confirmation of the receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the Agreement without delay, via email.
If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. The refund will be made in the same manner in which you made the payment. We can only make the refund after the product has been returned to us. You are considered to have fulfilled your obligation in a timely manner if you send or deliver the product to us, or to the person authorized by us to receive the product, before the specified deadline.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. Once we determine that the returned product is undamaged and in its original packaging, we will process the refund. If the product is not in the appropriate condition (unworn and undamaged or with damaged original packaging), the customer will have to pay the shipping cost of €5 for orders within Croatia, €15 for orders within EU or €45 for orders outside EU, for the product to be sent back to your home address
